What first drew you to photography and what inspires you, and when did you first begin your journey behind the camera?
What first drew me into photography, I took a couple of elective classes in college. Photography lighting and intro to photography. After I took those classes I was hooked. My inspiration comes from everywhere. I get inspiration and concepts from movies, tv shows, life experiences, and anything else that will spark an idea for a photoshoot. I began my journey in photography in 2018, my background is graphic design, so I was working in my industry for about 5 years before I started to focus on photography.
What do you think makes your work memorable?
What makes my work memorable is the mood I set in my photography. I try to brand myself as the mood photographer.
What does photography mean to you?
Photography to me means an opportunity to capture what no one else sees. An opportunity to me new people and the opportunity to know me and my work.
Are you always in photographer mode?
No, I’m not always in photography mode. I have my graphic design business as well so I have to switch hats often.
